Simonne Holm is a Danish photographer, plant-based cook, book author and works on different projects on how we conceive food in a cultural and social context and how to change lifestyle.
Simonne has joined many projects that combine food, art and sustainability, to raise awareness about problems that threaten nature, human beings and animals all around the globe, due to the production, consumption of food and lifestyle choices.
In 2012 she met a scientist and pioneer in the acid/alkaline and followed the pH cleanse program to clean her body from toxins and acid. High-energy rich plant-based diet (Alkaline) transformed her health within 3 weeks! She became passionate with this new way of eating and living and realised there is a lack of education how our body function and what real food is! She felt that everybody ought to know about the simple way to take charge of your health – not only for you and your dear ones – but also for the sustainability of Mother Nature!
Every day she eats clean plant-based food, meditate and practice yoga to maintain her energy and health. She cooks from scratch with what Mother Nature provide us with. No processed foods! She is well known for her delicious meals, that you won’t find in any restaurant!
Her motto is: Your optimum health starts when you are in balance with nature!
The holistic approach to health, she expresses in her Holistic Plant Kitchen project where to raise consciousness and motivate people to cook and experience the lifestyle change. Combine with inner wisdom the journey become naturally sustainable. In Denmark she arranges courses on how to cook with plant-based, how to be your own health expert and how to meditate to expand our consciousness and by being present and mindful in our own lives.
We take and we can give back to nature and still be satisfied with nutrient-dense and delicious meals.
