Hi, I am Simonne.

My approach blends evidence-based science with root-cause holistic healing to help you return to your most energised, empowered and creative wise self.

My mission is to awake the power of your potentials to live in abundance of vitality, love and bliss. How to create new stories through pure plant food and healthy living – starting from the holistic plant kitchen and reconnect to the gift of Mother Nature.
I teach how plant-based nutrition become our ultimate medicine and with attainable shifts we can change our health by how we cook, eat and live.

I am also an artist and a meditation mentor and advocate for a more sustainable and compassionate future.

The Art of Cooking with Love

Cooking for health and sustainability is simple once you know the basic methods. Even on a budget, everyone can have access to nourishing, plant-based meals that support both body and planet.

Through communities, you create nourhsing plates and become inspired to cook, eat well, and understand the connection between food, health, nature, and sustainability. These events give youth the tools and confidence to make conscious choices—empowering them to thrive and contribute to a healthier compassionate future.

By combining food styling with fresh, garden-picked ingredients, we create and evoke a sense of authenticity and vitality–transforming simple foods into stories that resonate with the human nature and non human lives. Single ingrediens has it is own story and how we combine and cook can nourish our body even with a few vegetable in a pot.
