I am a photographer, environmental artist, plant-based food artist and book author.

I do projects with my photography and the last 10 years I have combined food, art and sustainability, to raise awareness about problems that threatens nature, human beings and animals all around the globe, due to the production, consumption of food and lifestyle choices.

I also work as a volunteer for the non-profit organisation Heartfulness Meditation as a meditation trainer and provides nutrition and cooking guides for the Heartfulness Magazine.

Plant food became my passion and life

Being an Artist and living and studying in NYC for 6 years, I know how artist easily priorate using time and money on the artwork and sometimes forgetting taking cost me several health issues that grew by time. After giving birth my health began to decline.

In 2012 I met an American scientist and pioneer in alkaline lifestyle. I followed the pH cleanse program to clean my body from toxins and acid I had from working in a darkroom and living an unhealthy life.

High-energy rich plant-based diet (Alkaline) transformed my health within 3 weeks! I discovered the power of plants and became passionated with this new way of eating and living.

I new I had to shares my experience to help people living a better life – not only for you and your dear ones – but also for the sustainability of Mother Nature!
Every day I eat clean plant-based food, meditate and practice yoga to maintain my energy, motivation and health. I like cooking from scratch with what Mother Nature provides us with. No processed foods, it’s all simple, easy and everyone can do it! I am photographing vegetables, food and nature and extent it to my projects to raise consciousness and motivate people to cook and experience the lifestyle change. Combined with inner wisdom our journey becomes naturally sustainable.

In Denmark I have organised events, courses on how to cook plant-based, how to be your own health expert and how to meditate to expand your consciousness and by being present and mindful.
